Easy Stir Fry Recipe for Beginners

Hey Lovelies,
If you know me you'll know that I cannot cook to save my life. I'm a very fussy eater who doesn't really enjoy food much and I've been like this all my life. I don't like spending time in the kitchen preparing meals, and there's only a handful of meals I can prepare which require minimum effort. Granted nothing I can make is haute cuisine, but today I thought I'd share with you something I can cook that tastes quite nice and doesn't require much effort in the kitchen, and it's a M&S stir fry.
Now obviously you don't have to get your ingredients from M&S, but cooking is quite a stressful experience for me and I like the fact that M&S have all their stir fry ingredients next to each other in the same aisle. For a can't cook won't cook imbecile like me this is pretty much a Godsend haha!
So basically what I do is go to M&S and purchase a pack of pre chopped meat, a bag of vegetable stir fry, a sauce and some udon noodles. I usually buy pork or beef but turkey, chicken and possibly some kind of fish are also available. Naturally I don't eat sea food so the fish isn't an option for me.
To prepare the stir fry I start by frying the meat in a wok with some olive oil. I always heat the olive oil first before I add the meat, and on a couple of occasions the hot oil has splattered on my arm and face when I've added the meat. Don't worry, I didn't end up in A&E or anything, but do be careful when you add your meat to the pan because suffering from minor burns when you're trying to prepare a meal is no fun, believe me! 
Anyway, after the meat is cooked I drain out the excess fat by scooping it out of the pan with a spoon. Then I add the stir fry vegetables and sauce to the wok and let that cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finally I add the udon noodles and cook the whole thing for a further 3 minutes and once that's done I have my stir fry!
What I love about M&S stir fry is that their vegetable stir fry mix doesn't include any weird veg I don't eat (such as mushrooms - urgh!). They also have a nice selection of sauces and they're not all spicy which is fantastic for me because guess what - I don't eat spicy food! Told you I was fussy, didn't I? My favourite sauce from M&S is their Teriyaki sauce and it's the one I always buy.
This recipe takes no more than 10 minutes to prepare and it's pretty healthy too. I'd say this would serve 3- 4 people.
