Graze Box Review
Hey Lovelies,
I hope you are all well! If you follow my blog you will probably be used to seeing makeup and skincare reviews on here. However I thought I'd share with you something slightly different today! I hope you don't mind and that you will still enjoy reading this post even though it is not beauty related.
Recently I decided to resubscribe to Graze boxes. Most people will have heard of Graze, but if you haven't they are a company which sends you weekly or fortnightly boxes containing 4 different healthy snacks.
Now I am an incredibly fussy eater. I eat the same thing pretty much every day. That means I have porridge for breakfast, a low fat salad or veggie sushi for lunch and a low fat soup for dinner. For snacks I eat a lot of chocolate and if I am honest most of my calories probably come from chocolate. I know my diet isn't exactly the most exciting (or the most healthy), but I hate cooking and this diet works well for me. In fact, I would rather spend my money on make up, clothes and handbags rather than food. Anyone else with me on this?!

Lately however I have be reevaluating my diet and I came to the conclusion that I eat too much chocolate. This is when I remembered Graze.
About 3 years ago I was subscribed to Graze but I ended up cancelling my subscription because I found I was receiving the same snacks in my Graze boxes all the time. Since then however they have really expanded their range so I decided to give them another go. Hopefully receiving these healthy boxes on a weekly basis will mean that I snack less on chocolate and more on healthier foods. Wish me luck because I am really hoping to cut down on my chocolate consumption! After all, using the right skincare, drinking enough water and eating the right foods all go hand in hand. Working on a make up counter means I am pretty clued up and good with my skincare. I also drink enough water (I don't actually drink anything else other than water unless I am going out for drinks, in which case I will have white wine spritzers or prosecco) so it's just my diet I need to work on. I'm a size 8 and have been a size 6 or 8 all of my adult life, so I do not need to lose any weight by doing this; I just want to be a little bit healthier and less reliant on chocolate to give me energy.

What I like about Graze is that you can ask them not to send you certain foods, for example nothing spicy. Being a fussy eater means options like these are essential for me. I know some of their snacks do contain chocolate, but I have asked for anything containing chocolate not to be sent to me. All the snacks I have had so far have been absolutely delicious. I am very impressed! There is also an option to rate all the snacks you receive, and if you don't want to receive a certain snack again because you didn't enjoy it just let Graze know through their website which is very user friendly and simple to navigate.
The snacks come in 4 little punnets which are super handy to take to work with you, or even just to chuck in your handbag for when you are on the go! Each box also comes with a little card which gives you all the nutritional information including the calories of the 4 snacks you have received.
Graze do different kind of box options. I receive a weekly Nibble Box which costs £3.29 per box. You can cancel a box or the entire subscription at any time.
Have you tried Graze boxes? If you have let me know what you think of them in the comments below.
I hope you have enjoyed reading this post, but if beauty is more your thing don't worry because I will be back next week with a very exciting Hourglass post for you all!

  1. I subscribe to Graze and love my weekly box deliveries. I have them come straight to my office so it stops me going for the biscuits instead.
